HGF-TWM Strengthened FRMC Hot Gas Filter with Higher Filtration Speed

The strengthened FRMC hot gas filter has lower resistance and faster filtration speed than HGF-PSM One-Piece FRMC Hot Gas Filters. It can reduce the chemical reaction of organic molecules, reduce the possibility of clogging and make the reverse dust removal much easier.

Type HGCF-TWM high temperature flue gas dust removal metal cylinder uses a cage skeleton as a supporting structure to increase its strength. The flange connection design ensures the sealing effect and prevents the leakage.

It has high filtration efficiency, high temperature resistance and high strength. Type HGF-TWM is widely used in high temperature gas separation in non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry, energy industry, environmental protection fields, new coal chemical industry, etc.

Features

• Easier online cleaning. The fast filtration speed reduces the reaction between compounds and the clogging of filtration aperture. It is easier to perform back-pulse dust removal at high temperatures.
• High filtration efficiency. Its relatively thin wall reduces the the resistance and the gas can pass faster.
• High temperature resistance. It can directly remove dust at high temperatures ranging from 450 °C to 650 °C. It doesn’t need to cool down like fiber bag filters made of polypropylene and polyacrylic acid.
• High strength. Compared with the bag filter, the thin-walled metal cylinder is directly welded to the cage bone, so its strength is higher.
• Corrosion resistance. Made of metal powder, it offers higher resistant to strong corrosive gases such as SO₂, SO₃, HCL, HF, than fiber bag filters made of polyphenylene sulfide, meta-aramid and aramid under high temperature conditions.
• Good thermal shock resistance. Its metal sintered integrated structure is stronger than ceramic dust filters when the temperature rises suddenly.
• High filtration accuracy. The dust content after purification is ≤ 5 mg/Nm³.

Applications

The strengthened FRMC hot gas filter is widely used in high temperature gas separation in non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry, energy industry, environmental protection fields, new coal chemical industry, etc.

• In the non-ferrous metallurgy industry, it is mainly used for the purification of high-temperature flue gas in smelting furnaces, such as dust removal, denitrification, and desulfurization.
• In the chemical industry, it is mainly used for dust removal and purification treatment of burning refining furnaces such as sulfuric acid combustion furnaces.
